Return & Refund Policy

At RooheAzah, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted ethnic wear designed with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged or altered
  • Exchange or return is applicable only in case of size issues or if the garment is damagedclear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery showing the package condition and product, otherwise the request will not be accepted.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Minor variations in color or print (as handcrafted products may have slight natural variations)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Share clear images of the product (if defective/damaged)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Damaged or defective products

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video and clear images

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Important Notes

  • As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in print or color are natural and not considered defects.
  • Refunds will not be processed without prior approval from our support team.
