Thank you for shopping with RooheAzah. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces safely and efficiently.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

·         Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·         During new launches, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may slightly extend.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.


2. Shipping Partner

We ship all orders across India through our trusted logistics partner Shipway and its courier network.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

·         Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

·         Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

·         Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Option A – Free Shipping

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Option B – Conditional Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders above ₹.
A flat shipping fee of ₹
applies to orders below this amount.

Option C – Flat Rate Shipping

5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:

·         COD may be available for select pin codes.

·         RooheAzah reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone before dispatch.

·         Additional COD handling charges may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order directly through the Shipway tracking portal.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

RooheAzah is not responsible for delays caused by:

·         Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

·         Customer unavailable at time of delivery

·         Courier partner delays

·         Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

·         Record an unboxing video immediately

·         Share images and video within 48 hours of delivery

·         Email us at support@rooheazah.com

Without unboxing proof, claims may not be accepted.


9. International Shipping

(Currently, RooheAzah ships within India only.)
